  • What are the cautions during delivery ?

    Upon your order receipt, it is important to check that your package has not been damaged during transport and the canvas is in perfect condition.
    If applicable, please report damages on the carrier ticket. This check must be done at the time of delivery and in the presence of the deliver.

    We recommend that you keep the packaging, it can be useful in the event of a return, and is essential to fully benefit from your rights.

  • My order has been shipped but I still haven't received it, what should I do ?

    If after 21 business days your order has not been received please contact us for investigations.

  • I received a canvas art that does not correspond to my order, what should I do ?

    Before contacting us, please check at your order confirmation to see is the ordered canvas art different from the one you received.
    If the received canvas art is different from the one you ordered, please contact customer service by e-mail.

  • My order is missing a canvas art, what should I do ?

    Before contacting us, please check at your tracking numbers as it could be delivered separately.
    If tracking status is pending please contact customer service by e-mail.

  • What if my canvas art has a defect ?

    Our wall art are handcrafted.
    We do our utmost to ensure intact and compliant delivery of your canvas art.
    If however you receive a defective item, please contact us, we guarantee a winning solution for our valuable customers.

  • I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund ?

    Absolutely ! You have 30 days upon receipt of your order to claim a full refund and 7 days to return the product as is.

  • Who bears the cost of returning my canvas art ?

    For a defective order there is no fee, shipping you paid is also refundable.
    The return costs for an exchange are your responsibility.
